The Colchester District RCMP is investigating after a jacket was stolen from a washroom at Canadian Tire.

At approximately 3 p.m. July 11, the RCMP received a complaint of a stolen jacket from the store in Lower Truro. The jacket contained a wallet, set of keys and an amount of cash.

A man was seen exiting the store with the jacket, and a short time later a woman turned in a set of keys from the jacket to the Customer Service desk. Both individuals left the store in a four-door silver sedan.
