The RCMP are investigating after a number of items, including two boat motors, were stolen from a garage in Shortts Lake recently.

SHORTTS LAKE – Colchester District RCMP is calling on the public’s help in locating stolen property taken from a residential garage on Shortts Lake on  Aug. 9.

Stolen property includes an orange 2009 Kubota side-by-side with a dumpbox on the back and a NS farm plate FT46066, and two Honda outboard motors, grey in colour (2 HP and 5 HP).

A separate cottage was broken into as well on the same street in Shortts Lake. Nothing was reported stolen however the inside was damaged.
