TRURO – Team Kaitlyn Jones, which features Colchester County cousins Karlee and Lindsey Burgess, improved to 2-0 in round robin play in the Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling Canadian Beef Masters.

Team K. Jones beat Team Einarson from Manitoba, 6-5, in Draw 5 of the tournament, which runs until Oct. 28 at the Rath Eastlink Community Centre.
